• Traditional ITF Taekwon-Do as taught by the founder of Taekwon-Do General Choi Hong Hi for all ages
• Street proofing and Self-Defense for children - ages 4 through 12
• Pressure point and Combat street self-defense available for ages 13 and up male and female (* extra to regular classes)
• Competition and tournament training for all ages (* extra to regular classes)
• Womens' self-defense courses (weekend and continuing courses as arranged)
